As a group of women we have formed a community of support, encouragment, and friendship. With in this community we have faced issues with infertility, miscarraige, prematrue labor, healthy pregnacies, a loss of a child, as well as childhood disease. The list could go on and on. The money we raise helps fund research to find out why premature birth happens and what can be done to prevent it. Premature birth is the #1 cause of newborn death and the biggest threat to babies' health today.
The March of Dimes mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
