Efficiency -You'll get the most out of your limited exercise time! As a NASM Certified professional I will guide you through your individually designed program. I cut through all the exercise hype and teach you the exercises and techniques that are proven to be effective.

Safety -Your doctor must set the limits of your physical activities. I keep you inside those limits. As your trainer I also evaluate any particular health concerns and choose safe exercise alternatives. Without the guidance of a certified Personal Trainer you run a much higher risk of getting injured.

Motivation -You'll work harder with your trainer than you would by yourself. I become your daily coach! You will now have someone to be accountable to, which will keep you on track.
